Exam Pattern:

The WBJEE exam is administered offline (pen and paper-based). The test includes two papers:

1.Mathematics (100 marks)
2.Physics and Chemistry (100 marks)

  • Paper 1: Mathematics
    • Total Marks: 100
    • Duration: 2 hours
    • Questions: Mathematics

  • Paper 2: Physics and Chemistry
    • Total Marks: 100 (50 marks for each subject)
    • Duration: 2 hours
    • Questions: Physics and Chemistry
  • Marking Scheme:
    • Each correct answer is worth one mark.
    • Every wrong answer results in a 1/4th (0.25) point deduction.
    • There are no points earned or withheld for unanswered questions.
